1.) Havelock Islands at Andaman & Nicobar Island

Situated approx. 50km away from Port Blair; the island is known for its rich corals and aquatic life — parrotfish, lionfish, dugongs etc. to name a few. The other fabulous fact about this place is that all hotels and resorts are pretty good and affordable.

2.) Grand Island, Goa

Celebrated for its tranquil and serene environment, this place is basically a coral atoll. It is located in the territory of Lakshadweep islands. This place is considered to be par with the so-called heavens on earth namely Maldives and Mauritius because of its soft coral charm.

4.) Coral Sharks Reef, Pondicherry

Unlike the Grand Island of Goa, this place attracts both: the novice who are anxious about their tryst with the sea and the adventure junkies. The reason for the same being that its depth ranges from 5m to 23m. What further makes this place gorgeous is its coral reefs and sandy sea floor.

5.) Kadmat Islands, Lakshadweep

This place is revered not only amongst the nationals but also, amongst the foreign tourists. It is known as Cardamom islands — a coral island belonging to Lakshadweep island. It is said to be blessed with rich aquatic like like marine turtles, fauna and other species of live corals.
